LISHAN-EV provides EV charger products and related solutions mainly through B2B inquiry, quotation, sample review, and project confirmation. Shipping terms, lead times, costs, and responsibilities may vary depending on product model, quantity, configuration, destination, packaging, shipping method, and the final written agreement between the parties.
This Shipping Policy explains our general shipping approach. Final shipping terms should be confirmed in writing before order confirmation.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Before shipment, customers should confirm the product model, configuration, quantity, destination country or region, delivery address, contact person, phone number, shipping method, customs requirements, and any special packaging or documentation requirements.
Shipment will generally be arranged only after the relevant order details, payment terms, and delivery terms are confirmed in writing.
SHIPPING METHODS
Depending on the order size, destination, urgency, and product type, shipping may be arranged by express courier, air freight, sea freight, land transportation, or other suitable logistics methods.
Available shipping options may vary by destination, product size, weight, battery or electrical product requirements, carrier availability, and customs requirements.
LEAD TIME
Production, preparation, and shipping lead times are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing. Lead times may vary due to product availability, customization requirements, order quantity, packaging requirements, supplier coordination, shipping carrier schedules, customs processing, holidays, weather, port congestion, or other circumstances outside our control.
Any lead time shown on the website or discussed during quotation is for reference only and should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery date unless confirmed in writing.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs may depend on product quantity, gross weight, volume, destination, shipping method, delivery terms, fuel surcharge, remote area surcharge, customs requirements, and carrier rates.
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, local clearance fees, destination charges, storage fees, and other third-party costs may be the responsibility of the buyer.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT REQUIREMENTS
For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for confirming local import rules, customs requirements, product compliance requirements, taxes, duties, and any destination market restrictions before order confirmation.
We may provide available commercial documents, product information, or certification documents for review where applicable, but the buyer remains responsible for ensuring that the selected product and documentation meet local import, installation, and regulatory requirements.
DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP, or other commercial terms, if applicable, should be confirmed in writing before order confirmation.
Risk transfer, insurance responsibility, customs responsibility, freight responsibility, and destination charges will depend on the final agreed delivery terms.
SHIPPING DAMAGE OR MISSING GOODS
Customers should inspect the goods and packaging promptly upon receipt. If there is visible shipping damage, shortage, missing accessories, or suspected delivery issue, please contact us promptly with:

- Product model and quantity
- Photos and videos of the packaging and goods
- Delivery note, tracking number, or carrier information
- Description of the issue
We will review the information and coordinate with the customer, supplier, or logistics provider where applicable.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including company name, recipient name, address, phone number, email, tax or import information where required, and any special delivery instructions.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, additional charges, failed delivery, return shipment, or customs issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
DELAYS
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, port congestion, weather, natural disasters, government actions, holidays, strikes, force majeure events, supplier delays, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
